TricionForce is a comprehensive management platform built for independent music labels. It handles your entire operation: demo submissions, track pipeline, artist management, revenue splits, and distribution pack exports. Think of it as your label's command center.

With one click, TricionForce generates a complete distribution package: your audio file (renamed to spec), artwork (resized and formatted), a metadata CSV with all required fields, and a legally-compliant split sheet PDF. It's formatted to industry standards for major distributors, so you can upload directly without reformatting.

For audio, we require WAV files with a minimum size of 15MB (this filters out corrupted or incomplete files). For artwork, we require JPG files at minimum 3000x3000 pixels with a 1:1 aspect ratio. These specs ensure your releases meet distribution standards.

Absolutely. Your data is hosted on Supabase (enterprise-grade PostgreSQL), with Clerk handling authentication. We implement row-level security so your data is isolated and protected. We never share or sell your data. Your catalog stays yours.

Yes. Our 'Glass Wall' feature gives artists visibility into their campaign results - they can see which videos were posted, view counts, and overall performance. However, they don't see creator contact information, negotiated rates, or internal notes. Transparency without exposing your relationships.

We take sample clearance seriously. All tracks submitted must be original work or have proper clearances for any samples used. We don't accept unauthorized remixes or tracks with uncleared samples - this protects both the label and artists from copyright disputes. Our demo review process includes checking for potential sample issues.

Every demo submission goes through our A&R team. We listen to every track and evaluate based on sound quality, production value, and fit with our roster. We respond to all submissions within 2-3 business days. Quality over quantity - we're building a curated catalog, not just accumulating tracks.

We offer three tiers: Basic (€1,000/month) for demo management, Pro (€2,500/month) adds artist management and track pipeline, and Full Suite (€5,000/month) includes marketing CRM and campaign tools. All pricing is per organization, not per seat - your whole team gets access.
