The software 99Eyes Entertainment runs its label on. It covers demo review, the release pipeline, artist records, revenue splits and exports for The Orchard. It is not sold off the shelf. We build versions of it for other labels.

One export gives you the audio file renamed to the store's naming rules, the artwork, a metadata CSV in The Orchard's columns and a split sheet PDF. You upload them as they are.

Audio has to be a WAV over 15MB, which filters out broken and half-uploaded files. Artwork has to be a square JPG of at least 3000x3000 pixels, because The Orchard rejects anything smaller or not square.

Every account sees only the records it is allowed to see, and the data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell your data.

Yes. Artists see which videos were posted and how many views each one got. They don't see creator contacts or what each creator was paid.

Every track has to be original or have its samples cleared. We don't take unauthorized remixes or songs with uncleared samples, because a copyright claim lands on the artist and the label alike. We check for samples when we review a demo.

A person on the team listens to every demo and judges it on the production and on whether it fits the roster. Most submissions hear back within two weeks, and every one gets an answer within a month.

It depends on how much data you bring. We do the initial setup, configure your pipeline stages with you and can move your existing artist and track data across.
